The intended experience

Speak here. Write where you work.

This simulation shows the experience we are building: enter text in an email, chat, document or CRM without switching tools.

Hello Camille, I approve the budget. I will get back to you tomorrow.

The mic follows you from one app to the next

Environment

What Speakey does while you speak

“carry on in French”

European processing planned · product in development

SPOKEN DRAFT

You dictate as it comes.

The intended experience starts with natural dictation, even in a very quiet voice.

HESITATIONS

Remove hesitations.

The product is designed to remove “ums” and false starts.

PUNCTUATION

Restore punctuation.

The goal is to produce punctuated text without dictating every mark.

VOCABULARY

Respect your vocabulary.

Client names, tools and acronyms will need to be customisable.

LANGUAGE

Prepare several languages.

French and English are targeted for the first release. Other languages will be studied afterwards.

Your voice deserves clear rules from the outset.

We plan European processing, training off by default and a retention policy published before the first pilots.

This is the central goal of the speech-recognition engine in development. Conditions and results will be published once the measurement protocol is stable.

Software cannot stop your voice from carrying. Speakey will be designed for the computer microphone; a specialised headset, sold separately, may complement the experience in the most exposed settings.

We plan processing in Europe, limited retention and training off by default. Technical choices, retention periods and providers will be published before the first pilots.

Privacy

The intended behaviour is simple: the microphone will open while a key is held and close as soon as it is released.

The goal is to write in the tool already open: email, chat, document, CRM or browser field.

French and English are the first languages being developed. The languages actually available will be published with each release.

The business model will be defined with early users and pilots. No price or quota is announced at this stage.

There is no public date yet. The speech-recognition engine and application are in development. The first platforms will be announced with the roadmap.
